Kick off Washington Wine Month with a special evening dedicated to the beauty of aged wine and the stories they hold.
Time In a Bottle with a Blast From the Past is a cellar experience hosted by NHV and Doodlevines, featuring a collective selection of wines from both Naches Heights Vineyard and Phil’s personal cellar — a collection built over decades in the wine industry, with bottles from California, Italy, France, and beyond.
This is not a traditional seated tasting, it is an interactive, pour-your-own experience where you can explore wines from oldest to newest, compare vintages, and discover how time transforms what is in the glass. Each bottle will be accompanied by a short description, and Phil will be there throughout the evening sharing insights, answering questions, and bringing the stories behind each wine to life.
